**Mainly captured the exhibition content relevant to me
Coming from Macao from the mid-19th century onwards, the Portuguese people formed one of the earliest foreign communities in Hong Kong. Through over 250 exhibits from Portuguese families and organisations and over 30 audio-visual and interactive multimedia programmes, the exhibition traces their numerous fields of endeavour and contributions. The centrepiece - cooking projection also presents the distinctive traditions and culture of the Hong Kong Portuguese community through visualizing their vivid culinary history.
